Peckham Vision – Data protection - privacy and transparency notice
Peckham Vision is a citizens’ action group run by volunteers. This is our statement of how we collect personal data and protect it.
How do we collect data?
We keep only information that you have given us, whether in-person (at an event or in our shop), or if you have contacted us by email.
What data do we keep?
If you have supplied them, we keep your name(s), addresses, phone number(s) and email addresses, and your interest(s) in our work.
If you want to check the data we have about you, please email us and we will send it to you.
What do we use this data for?
We use this to keep you up-to-date with Peckham Vision work and to share information that is relevant to the work we do.
We occasionally also use address details to send information relevant to what is happening in your local area.
We also maintain and operate the mailing list for the Southwark Planning Network (SPN). This contains the details of people who have registered an interest in the work of the SPN and are members of local groups working on planning and related matters.
Where is the data kept?
We keep this data in our information system database. We do not share it with third parties.
